Fixes
- Password validation errors during initial installation now give better errors.
- Fixed bug where permission groups could not be changed if only one admin was present in the system.
- Fixed bug for staff members replying to email notifications would fail to update the customer.
- Password reset is removed on the admin login page for installations using external authentication providers.
- Fixed spelling error.
