Written by Ian Landsman · 07.15.2024

Enhancements

  • The HelpSpot Audit Log now logs when requests are merged, trashed, spammed or deleted.
  • Admin > Settings > HTML Email now includes a Allowed URI Schemas setting. This is a a comma separated list of schemas that are allowed in URIs for links. For example if you have an app that uses myapp:// and another app that uses myotherapp:// you can enter myapp, myotherapp in this setting to allow those URLs to be passed in and out of HelpSpot requests as links.
  • Added a strike through option to the WYSIWYG editor. It is available in the text formatting sub-menu.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an error when writing logs to the audit log for some settings on Microsoft SQL Server based installs.
  • Fixed issue where requests opened by the the API using xPersonOpenedBy=0 parameter would not attach staff signatures to subsequent batch updates from staff.
  • Fixed issue where staff signatures were not reliably added to staff updates when updates were added via the private.request.update API.
  • Updated dependencies.
