Improved Dark Mode

We gave HelpSpot’s dark mode some much needed improvements to color choice & especially contrast, making it a better choice than ever for users who prefer to use dark mode in their websites & apps.

Report Date Range Options

Saved reports now include a date range option. When a report is saved your can select a specific dynamic time range that will be applied when saved reports are run or emailed reports are sent out. This will allow quicker retrieval of data on your help desk performance and make it easier to format reports for stakeholders. This new option can be found as the “Default Date Range” option on each report.

Last Login Reporting

You can now easily see when each of your staff members last logged in to HelpSpot. This can be helpful for tracking staff activity and user management. The last login is now displayed in the staff management screen of the Admin area.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where KB chapters would not be displayed on the request screen picker if cookies were recently cleared.
  • Fixed issue where some buttons were not rendered correctly when the workspace sidebar was closed.
  • Other small bug fixes.
