Breaking Changes
HelpSpot 5.5.0 introduced breaking changes. If you are upgrading from an earlier version, please review the HelpSpot 5.5.0 release notes.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed API error when retrieving attachments.
- Reoccurring requests are now required to have a message body and are validated.
- Added additional validation to outbound email addresses to prevent RFC errors.
- Fixed database query type errors when installing HelpSpot on Windows with SQL Server.
- Fixed issue where saving a report would not redirect you back to the saved report.
- Added additional Live Lookup help text and documentation.
- Added better error messages when trying to send an attachment that is too large for the Microsoft and Google APIs.
- Fixed error where some saved reports could not be exported as CSVs.
